At Royal Star, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Reservation Payment

Guests can reserve a room by paying 50% of the total booking amount for the chosen rooms and number of nights at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is payable at check-in.
The reservation payment is non-refundable, including if the booking is cancelled or the guest does not arrive.

For bookings paid in full, guests will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid if they cancel at least 7 full days (one week) before the scheduled check-in date.
To cancel a booking made on this website, WhatsApp us on +91 98223 00755 or email royalstarresort090@gmail.com with your booking ID, name and check-in date. The date we receive your message counts as the cancellation date.
Bookings made through other platforms must be cancelled on that platform (see section 7).

For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the amount paid is non-refundable.

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without cancelling beforehand, the booking is treated as a no-show and the amount paid is non-refundable.

If a guest checks out before the confirmed departure date, a refund for unused nights is not guaranteed and will be subject to the agreed booking terms.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible.
The time taken for the refund to reach the guest’s account may depend on the payment provider or booking platform.

Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip or other booking platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund rules shown on that platform.
Guests should submit cancellation requests through the platform used to make the reservation.
