- Payment information: online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive the payment status, amount and a payment reference.
- Identification: as required by law, we ask for a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Messages: if you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To check availability, confirm and manage your booking.
- To contact you about your stay.
- To process payments and, where applicable, refunds.
- To meet our legal obligations, including guest registration requirements.
3. Sharing Your Information
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and bookings, such as our payment provider (Razorpay) and our secure database and website hosts, and only as needed for those services.

- Our home and Contact pages show an embedded Google Map. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, under Google’s privacy policy.

- Your booking information is stored securely and is accessible only to the hotel management.
- We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and to meet accounting and legal requirements.

- You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to our legal obligations and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
